I thought Floyd fans would be happy about such a dominating performance

Mayweather landed many clean punches on the "lightweight." Pacquiao was not able to land many clean punches, but that's just how defensive Clottey was in the fight. How can you be happy about one guy not throwing punches and the other guy not landing punches.

So does Pacquiao. 246 to be exact.

He even landed 336 against Cotto.

I see Floyd in your avatar, you should ask yourself that question. You guys really should learn more about boxing. In boxing, body shots score points and have you pissing blood for a week.

Don't pull this Floyd is scared crap, Gallo. You're good peeps but foos got to chill with that card.

While I do find it annoying that Floyd is reluctant to fight the top WWs, it's foolish to say a man that has been boxing his entire life is scared to fight anyone. Floyd is a businessman, an egotistical one at that.

Pac landed clean and hard enough to make Josh clam up.

But lets go back a few years.

              May 2007.

              DLH fan. "Oscar stopped throwing"

Floyd stan. "Well yea, Floyd kept popping him in the face which forced DLH to cover up more".

              What is the difference?

              I'll tell you.

              The fighter doing it.

You Floyd stans should be ecstatic seeing this smaller man move up in weight and dominate bigger foes.

You all were so happy, full of glee when it was Floyd doing it.

              But now,

you guys show no love to another fighter doing the same thing?

              What gives?

I thought you guys appreciate the sweet science and fighters who show tremendous skill?

And you're going to go off of Compubox, right? Most of Pacquiao's punches were blocked.

                  Cut it out.

Leave that businessman **** at the door.

If he wants to be a businessman, he can hit Wall Street.

Hes a fighter. Whether you want to call it reluctant, or I call it scared, which I didn't even say,

he hasn't fought them. No amount of sugar is going to coat that ****.

When Floyd produced practically the same scorecard against the lightweight, it was hailed as an all time great performance.

Often times, they call such a sight, dominating and say they love to see such displays.

Why the hypocrisy all of a sudden?

These guys should be happy that Manny Pacquiao showed he can dominate a fight without knocking anyone out.

Instead, they seem to be upset for some reason.
He won without knocking anyone out but he threw 1200 punches... Mayweather threw 493 against Marquez and landed with an outstanding 290 at 59%. Embarassing Marquez allowing him to only land 69 of 583, an embarassing 12%, which is a career low for Marquez, a Mexican legend. Clottey only threw 399 punches against Pac, almost 200 less than JMM did against Money May, and landed 108, 40 more than JMM landed.. And Pac landed 246 of 1,231, with a pathetic 20% percent... 2 incomparable fights, and also Clottey landed a better percentage than Pac did... Mayweather throws less punches than his opponents and hits them with more punches and has higher connect percentages too... Just saying

lol, I didn't see any sweet science in that ring. I didn't even see tremendous skill in that ring tonight.

What I saw was an everlast puching bag and Pacquiao doing bag work. By no means was this a dominating performance. The other guy didn't even try to throw a punch. Meh. Nothing special here.

I seen more exciting things from Pacquiao's training videos than this fight.
