Clottey an A-/B+ fighter?

Clottey is a B+ fighter imo.

Pacquiao was simply a bad matchup for him.

Clottey would still be alot to deal with for all the other welterweights.

clottey is a solid b+ fighter and top 5 welterweight who would give most welterweights problems , pacquiao's high workrate was just not stylistically good for clottey and would rarely make him come out of his shell and throw punches sparingly , some people are talking as if he's a journeyman
