how many a+ fighters are at welterweight? 2? floyd & pac. imo i dont consider shane a a+ fighter anymore. 38 years old, 1 year & 6 months off the ring plus 4 months shy of his 39th birthday on fight night.

People forget before the margs fight, he struggled vs a shot, wasted version of ricardo mayorga. All of a sudden he beats the worst ever version of margarito he's prime tommy hearns re-incarnate.

clottey is a c or c+ fighter. His biggest accomplishments are his close losses. i can't rank a fighter as a b fighter when u lose to margarito and come close against cotto, and beat a washed up unfocused Zab.
