    Has some good techniques and sticks to the basics.

    I wouldnt buy his books though.

        ross is a classic case of,never boxed,ever,but he knows everything about it. dont buy the books, but most of the information on the site is useful.the stuff in the books can be found anywhere on the net.

        i stopped goin to his site when he flamed some youngster for asking a dumb q...;P

          Actually, he did box. He boxed in the amateurs for a long time, but had a hand injury which kept him from continuing.

          You're a classic case of, never read his stuff, ever, but know everything about him.

              No, like I said in my first post he is to basic. He doesnt offer anything new to the table that majority of people doesnt already know.

                  No why would I? What has he done, who has he trained to prove his methods are worthy.

                  To basic, my former trainer showed me everything Ross does and then some.

                  His methods are more for the average joe.
