I only ask about Mayweather approaching boxing commissions because some people like to say that he demanded drug testing because he wants to clean up boxing. How is he trying to clean the entire sport for the better if it's only for his fights and not everyone's fights?

He's only looking to improve his own self interests. I'm not saying that's wrong, because there is absolutely nothing wrong with looking out for yourself (granted, doing so at the expense of your opponent's integrity is kind of shady). But to believe that he's asking for Olympic drug testing to better the sport as a whole is delusional.

If all the Mayweather fans say that Floyd would outbox and dominate Manny then why not just take the fight? Even if Pacquiao were taking PEDs or HGH what difference would that make in a fight if Floyd were to outbox him? According to all Mayweather's knowledgeable fans, Pacquiao would not even be able to hit Floyd and where would the factor of steroids come into play if Manny could not hit Floyd?

If Floyd Mayweather is, as he is pinned to be, an all time great then why not just take the fight and forget about the drug tests. Prove that he is great.

Obviously, Floyd does not share the same confidence in himself as his faithful following does.

But Manny has made a few rules of his own like demanding fighters come in under the welter-weight limit for welter-weight titles fights. Using the logic of Freddie Roach and all these blind Pacquaio fans shouldn't Manny petition the WBO to change the welter-weight limit if he doesn't want a guy to weight more than 145 lbs? Who is Manny to determine what the penalty is for a fighter coming in over the weight limit? Bottom line is fighters have been putting stipulation in contracts for years. Manny likes to dictate but doesn't want to get dictated too!!!
Having clauses in fight agreements over fight weights is a world away from someone sticking a needle into your body and taking your blood. Lots of fights are made with stipulations in the contract but no fight has ever had random blood testing as a condition. The reason for this as everyone knows is the governing bodies of the sport do not require it. They have their own tests which they (who make the rules) believe are ample for their requirements. A participant in any sport does not have the power or the right to change the rules so why should it be any different for the pretty boy? Floyd is just scared that there might just be someone there that can match him or even better him in the ring. If he wasn't scared he would have just made the fight when it was on the table without creating this whole PED circus.

As much as I pray it does, Pac wont fight Mayweather. Team Pac keeps him away from boxers for a reason. We'll never see Pac fight a slick, technical boxer.

                  Wake up!!!!!

Belief aren't facts but the facts that are there gave me the belief that Roach, Pac and Arum DUCKED Floyd Mayweather Jr and the random blood tests. Tell me what reason did Manny have to back away from the fight because of the test when Roach initially said that any tests Floyd wanted would be NO PROBLEM for Manny to take? Manny didn't want it, plain and simple. All through the training for Clottey Roach and Manny were talking about Floyd when Floyd wasn't even mentioning Manny when he is promoting his fight with Mosley. Roach keeps saying we will fight Mayweather anytime BUT without the random blood tests that already killed the fight the first time? What kind of B***S*** is that? During the training for Clottey, Roach was saying Pac was imitating Floyd's style? Can you explain why Pac who was training for Clottey would be imitating Floyd's style? You Pac fans kill me with your nonsense. Pac had earned my respect by beating guys I thought he was too small to compete against but I refuse to act like Floyd was the reason their fight didn't happen when obviously it was Manny.

I truly unbiasly believe that Roach, Pac and Arum don't want nothing to do with Floyd. I also believe that Roach and Pac took the Clottey fight to get him used to fighting a defensive minded fighter in hopes it will prepare him for Floyd. That's why they had Forbes in their sparring with Pac too. It's so obvious. Also Arum had his reasons as well. One thing I do know is that Floyd was ready to fight and Pac walked away because of random blood tests and the excuse was "Floyd is not the Boxing commission"? What kind of BS is that? You guys stay blind if you want but I like the fact that I have my whole brain in my head.

Thank you, man. Did the Commissioner asked for the 10 million dollars penalty? "Oh, Pac doesn't want to be pushed around." That's one of the lamest excuses i've ever heard. How can he be pushed around when Floyd accepted his demand, it's like they wanted to push Floyd around, but didn't want Floyd to return the favor. What really makes me more mad is that some of those Pac fans thinks that Floyd's demand is more ridiculous and unnecessary than Manny's 10 million per pound penalty demand.
