Agreed...Whoever wins deserves all of the credit and accolades, and shouldn't be tarnished with age or mileage arguments .I'm talking about his style and mental disposition. Go back and watch SSM-ODH I, and tell me you've seen that guy since. If so, which fight?

only chicken floyd and his drug-addict-illiterate handlers and his bunch of idiot fans who said pac is into peds. no anti-doping body says so. their allegation bears no proof. his idiot handlers and followers resorted to peddling lies to hide chicken floyd's fears of the pacman. they did not tell the truth. and the truth is chicken floyd mayweather is scared to fight pacquiao.

No question that Mayweather handlers are not the brightest minds in the world... but that is not the central issue. They may not be articulate but they do know boxing (If you cant give the Mayweathers credit for knowing the sport of boxing then there is no need for further discussion).

Also give credit to Mayweathers for moving on after the breakdown in negotiations with Pac. I dont hear Floyd initiating discussion about Pac and his lack of interest in taking the drug test. In fact the opposite is true.... he has been asked by many a reporter about Pac..... Mayweather refuses to discuss anything but the business at hand (Mosley).

I find it interesting that at every opportunity they can find Roach and Pac continue to say how "bad" pac wants floyd... how they cant wait to get him into the ring... how simple floyds style is to beat...

In my experience if somebody wants something so so so bad.... they will do most anything to make it happen (illegal or otherwise).... so 1) if Pac is clean (I certainly give pac the benefit of the doubt because he has given no reason to doubt him.... except for refusing to take the test.... which isnt proof he is dirty) 2)he really really really wants to fight floyd 3)he is supremely confident of his skills...... then he needs no one but himself to make the fight happen. No more talk pac.... you have the power to make the fight happen with 4 simple words.... " I'll take the test "!

Your clean.... your strong.... your fast.... your ready.... so agree to the fight.

Swallow your pride on the test and make floyd pay in the ring.... no one will ever be able to claim you aren't the greatest fighter of our generation...

My guess is that even though you are a stronger, faster, better boxer puncher than floyd..... your too proud to take the test and you and freddie will continue to blame floyd for not making the fight..... and for the life of me I can only think of one reason why the test is such a huge obsticle for you... and its not your pride.

It's obvious that you are not a lawyer. The lawsuit suit is about the Mayweather's camp to prove that they are guilty of defamation. The Mayweathers camp should prove that Pacman is using PEDS. It is not the otherway around. You should refrain from touching subjects that you are not familiar with. Leave it to the lawyers.

Floyd don't want none of Manny. I didn't like the fight last night, however i think it proved a lot for Manny. I really don't see how Floyd can win, I mean if he is defensive the whole fight , I think he will too many rounds because of Manny's punch output and if Floyd lets his hand's go I think Manny will pick him apart. I don't think there is a guy on the planet that can exchange with Manny and not get into serious trouble. I see Manny beating Floyd by UD, unless he takes some risks and then maybe Manny KO's him. I think Manny and Shane would be a great fight, but I think Manny would stop him.

The only thing that fight proved last night was that Joshua Clottey fought a piss poor fight. He showed the owrld that his air tight defense could not be broken down and that he wouldn't be knocked out by Pacquiao. Trying to compare Clottey's defense to Mayweather's is like comparing apples and ornages. Mayweather stands in the pocket and makes you miss, Clottey stands there and let's you tee off on him. The large output of punches is easy when you have an opponent that doesn't strike back. When Clottey decided to let his hands go as you can see, he was able to hit Manny with clean shots. Mayweather is 2x more of an accurate puncher than Clottey so don't think that all defensive styles are equal. Clottey proved his point last night and he walked away a little richer.

That's a disgraceful comment and you should hang your head in shame. Roach has Parkinson's Disease which is a terribly difficult illness to deal with. Look at Ali and how it has destroyed him as a person. You don't have to like Freddy but he's one of the best trainers in boxing and doesn't deserve to be insulted in this manor.

And for the record, he uses 'we' becasue he and Manny are a team just like every other trainer and boxer. Boxers can't win fights without trainers.

If Floyd beats Shane, they better do it. Take the damn tests and settle it in the ring. Margarito, Tim at 140, or anything else is only acceptable if a serious effort for the Floyd fight is made and somehow doesn't work out.

I'm so sick of hearing this crap about how if Floyd wants the rules changed then petition the commission and Floyd doesn't rules boxing yada yada yada. But Manny has made a few rules of his own like demanding fighters come in under the welter-weight limit for welter-weight titles fights. Using the logic of Freddie Roach and all these blind Pacquaio fans shouldn't Manny petition the WBO to change the welter-weight limit if he doesn't want a guy to weight more than 145 lbs? Who is Manny to determine what the penalty is for a fighter coming in over the weight limit? Bottom line is fighters have been putting stipulation in contracts for years. Manny likes to dictate but doesn't want to get dictated too!!!
