Well i am sure if mosley fights PBF he will go back to his PED days which he admitted being part of the balco scandal and there wont be any real random testing. I do agree his old age makes it a 50-50 chance. PBF is the one who said that pac was easy and would KO him but thought the easy fight required olympic style testing. -
Mosley has a great chin, handspeed, power and would hit Pacquiao a lot.Comment

I look it just plain simple. Mosley is cool with fighting pac without drug tests and even offered to fight him at 140, that sounds much more confident to me. He is known to be a cheat and if he supspects that pac is cheating than he can go back to the clear or some other PED. Mosley has never been knocked out and had one flash KD and does well against southpaws. PBF got stunned by both Judah who actually did score a KD that wasent scored and was briefly on ***** street against southpaw chop chop/
PBF does have the skills to make it alot closer than clottey did but i still think Mosley has the style that matches better. Margarito even if he cheated took flush shots from Cotto and never was KOD but Mosely was the first to stop him.Comment
