Shane's best chance is sustained pressure behind a jab, where he matches Floyd's hand speed and can mix it up a little bit with him and maybe hurt him.

I would back up the whole fight. Make floyd come to me and take away his countering abilities. Not try to out box him but switch it up and run from him so to speak. I would have shane all over the ring moving non stop and when floyd commits to a punch you better catch his ass. You have to do something to throw floyd off. Trying to outbox him or maul him will get you embarrassed. Just move , move and move some more. Also 80% of his punches should be jabs to the body and head. Then move some more. It wont be pretty but just keep moving eventually floyd will have to come forward then try to make him pay. Make it a god awful ugly fight and hope for a decision. Almost go into cory spinks mode and just dont stop moving.

Again not trying to outbox him just try to make him uncomfortable and make him think. Make him the aggressor and counter him. Moving non stop would drop floyds accuracy way down and would give shane more opportunities to land. Again doing it this way would make it the one of the most boring and ugliest fights in history but he will have a chance to win a decision with that handspeed. Keep backing up enough and floyd will try to shoot the leaping left hook if shane can catch him we'd have a fight. The judges wouldnt know what to do. It would be a hard fight to score. Now can shane move with his legs. I doubt it.

But standing in one spot trying to outbox him or just trying to maul him will get shane embarrassed.

good idea, i was [playing this in my mind and it could work only if mosley can land shots on floyd while moving backwards, remember mayweather moves his head when others throw punches,

Its hard to jab someone moving all over the place. Floyd has plant his feet when he throws his jab If Shane had legs he could catch him when Floyd throws the jab. Floyd is too smart he only throws jabs when his opponent is stationary and infront of him doesnt make since to shoot a jab at a target thats all over the ring you open yourself for counters.

Brawn VS Brain. I don't think Mosley is smart enough to do that, he's gonna come out trying to use his power to overpower Floyd.

He tries to pressure Floyd hes lucky to win 2 rounds. Floyd has seen pressure a million times. It doesnt work.If he had all of Williams attributes it could work but not this Shane.

I disagree, I think one of the keys to cutting off the ring and walking someone down is doing it behind a good jab.

Shane does not have to do anything special to beat his punk ass opponent!.
He can take his feathery punches and will just keep going forward till the rabbit is cornered. And rain left and right hooks till thy kingdom come.

I see what you mean but the difference in our gameplan is that I wouldnt have Shane walking down Floyd at all.
