    Floyd Mayweather Jr. in 2007 was the best IMO.

    With Tito second.

    Pacquiao third.

    Hopkins 4th. (He had no business at that weight anyway)

        Best resume of all time... it's very hard to choose if you had to pic the best "version" of the fighters he fought i'd say... Mosley in their first fight at 147... Floyd in 07', and Titto

                  Has to be Tito.. They were both at their highest part of their prime... No matter what you say it was a shell of oscar againts Floyd and Pac.. and he definately should have never been in the ring with B-Hop.. Now that i think about it Tito had no business in the ring with Bhop eithe..
