      If we're gonna ignore prime, Pernell Whitaker. If we're not, B-Hop based on size, 2nd Mayweather, 3rd Tito, 4th Pacquiao.

          I was going to say Tito but then I have to agree with what some are saying about Hopkins. Hopkins beat Tito and Oscar and would probley beat every one on that list so I going to have to say Hopkins.

            Hopkins, because he move up to fight the undisputed middleweight champ, even though it was at a 158 catch weight and Bernard only weighed in at 156, he was still a decent amount smaller than him. At the time he fought them the best were probably Hopkins,Pac, Floyd,Mosley.

                  LOL...Oscar wasn't even in his prime and some people thought Oscar won that fight. Floyd Sr. thought Oscar won that fight. When Oscar face ordinary fighter it's somewhat in the 50/50% range. When he face extraordinary fighter he get blown away by 100% LOL.
