and alexander cant get a deal done,I would think the logical choice
for alexander would be maidana.

They're not worried about Khan at all they're just putting these thoughts out there hoping the public catches on and realizes that Khan can't hold Devon's jockstrap.

HBO seems to want to protect Khan.

They don't want Maidana to fight Khan, but they don't mind putting Maidana in with someone who can beat him, namely Devon Alexander.

exactly, HBO will allow alexander to do khan's work for him.

some of you are also assuming maidana beats cayo, which is definitely not a given.

I think it's ridiculous to hold it against Alexander, the youngest of all the fighters at 140, for not taking 2 consecutive unification bouts in his first two fights since winning a title.

If he tried to fight Bradley he would probably get stripped of both of his belts, especially the belt he won from Witter that he has yet to defend.

I don't hold it against him, just stating that I'd rather see the two best face one another than seeing them fight guys who are probably not on their level.

It's amazing how quickly the "money" talk starts from these guys. First Bradley with the "if the money's right" nonsense, and now Alexander brings the "we need to be compensated" bull****.

A couple of decent wins and they already think they are Oscar or Pac. lol

I don't like that kind of talk from Alexander's camp. He should've said that he'd be glad for Alexander to prove that he's above ducking fighters like Khan is. And now by Alexander fighting Zab Judah instead of Maidana that makes him look a little bit like a hypocrite. Khan deserves all the **** he gets on here. But other fighters should be held to the same standards I'll have to admit.

Other fighters are held to that same standard.Bradley fought his mandatory.Devon just fought two tough fighters.Zab is also a dangerous fight for him cause he has pop.I like devon and I'm almost sold on him and a win over Judah won't sell me.But a win over maidana would.Maidana would test Devons chin and heart which I wanna see.I'm happy the jr ww are talking smack it is making more people look at them.
