his defense will be tough to breach and it will be a very exciting fight to watch,The immovable object versus the irresistable force.
Agreed. This is why I think he can and should open up a little more. He has nothing too loose. The jab and the straight right hand is the key. But he has to throw more to stop Pac as he is coming in.

Pacquiao gets a D or D+ for defense. I mean it's just terrible. Yeah he's fast but he doesnt protect himself well. I mean just look at his face after fights. You call that good defense? And the part about him having more power than Clottey? Wow

Clottey's blocking punches defense is good but not enough if he will absorbs all Pacman's punches, he should add more foot movement coz pacman moves from side to side and coming in and out while throwing shots. It will be hard for Clottey to bring Pacman into the rope coz for sure Pacman will avoid it by running away. For me, Clottey should keep an additional distance and maintain his good blocking defense, combining it with a good footwork while counterpunching. If possible avoid being stationary at all times, he's agood counterpuncher so put it in the right timing and lands a big one rather than too agressive.

            At least $1mill to Pac's $10mill.

Its the same as Arthur Abraham's style. They're either on offense or defense. I can't give him an A+ maybe A- or B + overall.
              A+ for your post.

I could see B+ but, in AA's case, he's always in position to fire despite his shell. Winky could too. Clottey's shell muffles him; he's never in position to counter. A defense that chokes off offense inherently is a flaw. Boxing is hit and not get hit; not hit OR not get hit. Pac gets touched, but rarely with naked shots and is always prepping to let loose. His defense is markedly improved since 2005 or so.
