I don't think he was reckless at all against marquez. That was one of the first times I we saw him box and try to beat Marquez's counter skills with his speed and power. To me it looked like he fought him the way he fought Cotto, but was fighting a guy who was holding his ground and actually knew how to box.

Agree with this post. Manny has fought the same since JMM II (Though I think he's a tad more patient) though if you look at JMM 1 it's like night and day. Pacquiao is a completly different fighter from the first JMM fight which is funny to me because I think Pacquiao won the first bout and lost the second.
