pac improved, plain and simple, and the punches he threw per round when he was 130 is almost the same at 140-147, why? cuz when he was fighting at 130 lbs, he comes in basically as a jr. welterweight - welterweight. His elusiveness and accuracy clearly improved.Comment

where did it say power in the punch stats? But yes, his power improved. Pac to me aint a KO puncher, he is more like an accumulation puncher. Hatton was just a dumba** running to that punch that got his a$$ KOed, but it was a very good punch and timing by pacquiao.Comment

Oh well, I'll be kind enough to explain. The chart does not at all show an increase or decrease in power but rather an increase/decrease in accuracy of punches thrown as well as the punches that were received. Manny has shown an improvement in his accuracy as well as his ability to not get hit. Your attempt to imply something failed. Peds don't make you more accurate or give you better defensive skills.Last edited by Alibata; 03-13-2010, 02:08 AM.Comment

Power punches are anything other than a jab. In other words, he's connecting his shots against opponents more frequently as he's gone up in weight. Additionally, he's been getting hit less. That's all it means.Comment
