It's bullsh**. Nothing like that has come from anyone involved in the fight. Clottey said he is going to come into the ring at around 155 to be lighter on his fight to deal with Pac's speed. From that people have decided to make it up that Pac isn't letting Clottey rehydrate to a weight he wants.
