All I know IMO Pep is the greatest defensive fighter of all time, the man won a round without throwing a punch FFS's. Only Locche and Whitaker could match Pep slickness. And, he is in the top 5 greatest fighter of all time IMO.

I said lb for lb. Prime for prime, I think Manny could beat Pep, if not it would be a toss up. Featherweight was not Manny's best. You can never ever be greater if you are a current fighter because nobody today will ever fight 200+ matches.

Pep fighting over 200 fights isnt what made him great. It sure helped but his featherweight dominance is unmatched by anybody. He is one of the top 3 or 4 slickest fighters to ever box. Skill wise its a mis match and thats not a knock on Pac its a testament to just how good Pep was. He was a magician in the ring. Check out these vids. You can find better ones at some libraries.
