Within this month Manny was to summit 13 urine samples and 5 or more blood test. up until 24 hrs of the fight.

Pac agreed to unlimited urine testing up to the day of the fight. Three blood tests which include one that is immediately after the fight. This is already far and above the current testing rules. Yet this is still not enough for Fraud. *****s sing hallelujah whatever he says. Yeah, all of a sudden they're now in support of sport cleaning. What a joke!
