    If basketball didn't die after Michael Jordan left and he had a much bigger, not even comparable impact on the sport of basketball than Pac has on boxing i seriously doubt that. No one man is bigger than any sport.

      Well I meant so Oscar could bring more super stars into the sport. Something like meeting up with Ortiz, Bradley, Khan at 147 and getting beat by all of them lol.

              Boxing will continue and will be as popular after Pacquiao's retirement. No fighter is bigger than the sport.

              However, small changes will occur such as ducking will become a normal thing and jumping weight classes (7 divisions) will be a thing of the past.

                  Atleast there will be new hope for fighters taking OST rather than ducking it.
