I think he clearly stated that if the NSAC told him such random blood test then he's gonna take it. So there's no question that what like you said Pac can take the tests.

The ugly turnaround was the negotioation of the cut-off days, from 30-24-14 and god knows what, coupled with the inconsistencies of Team Pacquiao (major lapses IMO) especially Michael Konz, I honestly believe Pac just abided to croc ARUM and played it according to his negotiation BS prowess for ARUM, and when they realized or claimed that FMJ's playin' mindgames it's too late to realize it then KABOOM! Arum is a big part of the blame...he was the guy constantly trying to sway Pac away from Mayweather and force a fight with someone else, first its Yuri Foreman, then Paulie, then finally Clottey. Its unreal, someone said the difference between Arum and King is that Don King would of made that fight happen. There is no way Don King was going to let a 25 million payday fall apart over a drug test. Here's is a reality though, the original cut off date was 3 days before the fight, thats what Roach originally wanted and somehow that moved to 30!! Simply stating you want a 30 day cut off on a random drug test is pure disdain, you cant do nothing but reject that.

I've saying that ever since i'd joined this forum. We boxing fans have every rights to be su****ious of every Boxers because we don't really know who they are outside of boxing. In my opinion, all Athletes are 50% dirty and 50% clean. You can't say that this athlete is 100% dirty, or that athlete is 100% clean, because you don't know. But you do have to be su****ious, and i hate it when people(Pacfarts and Dan Rafael) says that Pac 100% clean, and no one should be su****ious of him being dirty. You have to be at least a little su****ious with all the excuses Team Pac came up with to ducked out of the fight. Yeah, not just boxers, but I'm su****ious of all professional athletes. There is too much money to be made to think that athletes won't partake in these substances that they believe will make them better.
