The thread starter was talking about Louis being the only man to make 25 title defenses in a ROW and if Wlad can break that record...Louis didn't lose between those 25 title defenses, Do you know what title defenses even mean man?
Well you see when he defended his first title, those were title defenses.

Those defenses don't disappear after he loses his title the same way Louis' didn't after he lost his.

The defenses of Wlad's current title are also title defenses, you with us now?

25 consecutive title defenses to break the record of Louis.

Why the gay ass emoticon when you are the one who doesn't know what he is talking about.

The threadstarter said absolutely nothing in his post about it being "consecutive" defenses. Maybe you just don't read very well.

I guess you are also unaware that Wlad held and defended the WBO belt 5 times before losing to Sanders.

What an epic fail your post was.

He would need 25+ consecutive defenses to have both records (most total title defenses and most consecutive title defenses).

He would just need 13+ additional defenses to get the most total title defenses record.

Wlad would not have had much trouble with any of the 25 guys that Louis beat, they were pretty mediocre though not the "bums" they are sometimes described to be.

Also, I think 20 defenses today is more impressive than 25 defenses 60 years ago. If Wlad were able to fight as often and have title fights against unknowns as readily sanctioned as Louis' were he probably could have broken the record.

Stop pwning yourself emotional nuthugger, Chunk asked about the 25 title defense record, what was the record again? 25 consecutive defenses.

FFS is it that hard? If you lose the title you've failed to defend it.

Stop getting your panties in a bunch and refer to this post:

You're the one owning yourself idiot. There are two records that can be broken you dumb piece of ****, one is most total title defenses, the other is most consecutive title defences. If Wlad were to defend 13+ more times, he would break one of them, if he defended 25+ times consecutively he would break both. Anyone with at least half a brain knows this.

I dont think he would have any trouble because those were small heavyweights and Louis himself was a small HW. The only big ones he faced was the Baer brothers.
