This is exactly what I thought should happen. A fight with Zab is exactly what i think Devon should focus on. Think about it. Zab is a good name to have on the resume first off. Secondly, the style that Zab brings could be used as the perfect type of fight to seriously gage weither Devon is really ready for the type of fight that he could see from Tim. Let's face it, sure Devon has other options out there at 140(Ortiz, Madiana, Nate, Khan the list goes on and on); but he also has 2 of the 4 belts and other than using Zab to build up to a Bradley fight, what fight SHOULD he take? This kid wants to be champ for the next 10 yrs, and I think if he goes about it this way he very well could be.

Yea, I was opposed to this fight. But I can honestly see it as a step to build up the Bradley fight even more. Plus I heard that Bradley has one more fight with Showtime, so there would be a conflict with networks.

Also, them having here in St.Louis will do CRAZY numbers. Because the last time Zab was here he knocked out Cory, and they sold about 22 k tickets, the placed was packed! So, as I sit back and look at everything in perspective, I can see and understand them fighting Zab next. I hope that Devon puts Judah away early and comes out nearly perfect in front of 23 k fans here. I'll be there for sure.

Zab is up at WW fighting monsters while he's coming into the ring at 146 pounds every fight and if he doesnt win then he sucks. Come on man. Like Ive always said, judge him at 140. I ****s with both these cats. I wouldnt pick Zab to beat anybody good at WW due to size and I wouldnt be shocked if Alexander owns him but I also wouldnt be shocked if Zab went down to 140 and destoryed everyone there. He has that kind of talent and he wont be fighting huge guys. He will also be faster with more pop.

I dont think the weight is a big deal. Shane always said that he couldnt fight at WW again but now it seems like he makes it with no problem. Zab isnt that big. I have to think he can get down safely. This fight will be major in St. Louis and they better hope that Devon is a monster because I wouldnt have takened this fight. This is the definition of high risk/low reward but I think all those cats want to get back at Zab for knocking off all those cats. The problem is that I wouldnt be shocked at all if he did it again and if he's the same ole Zab then I think he will beat him even though I love Devon and I think he beats Bradley after that "if" he's the same guy he was at the lower weights.

Also, cut the 4 or 5 round crap. All that was WW stuff. He wasnt that at 140 and infact, he wasnt that at WW against guys his own size. He went 2 long fights with Spinks that he fought all the way through and I think he wouldve done the same with Floyd but Floyd is just too good for him. Cotto & Clottey were just too big
At this stage of his career, I personally don't think he will be able to beat Devon. Now, ANYTHING is possible in this sport, I know.

Zab's been going after Urango for a while, so it makes sense that he'd want to go after Alexander now. Terrible fight for Zab. Great fight for Alexander.

Alexander by UD if this happens.

Alexander is a complete fighter he has pretty much everything many of these young chUmps ( *champs* ) don't have. Man Mosley set a trend ... want a fight to happen get in the ring after their big win and talk ****.... Let's hope Mayweather gets in the ring for Pac's victory interview on Saturday. Then maybe we will get Pac/Mayweather ......
Judah is a good test for devon.Oh and there is no complete fighter at 140 except pac.

Why not Bradley straight away? Bradley has nothing scheduled at the moment. Fighting Judah, who Alexander's team admits is a shell of a fighter, when they could fight Bradley straight away, just makes Alexander look bad.
