Why is a rematch needed at all?

The only reason is money, the first fight was so mismatched.

The only fighter Cotto needs to rematch is Antonio Margarito, Cotto will lose both fights but the big ticket fight would be a rematch with Tony, settle all your scores, come clean, and avenge your loss against the man that took your manhood.

maybe 2. his statement didnt make any sense though. thats like saying "if manny wasnt so good, cotto wouldve won the majority of the rounds."
the KDs were part of the rounds.
