You make a good case Jr...I can see Ward coming into that role before Devon. They are my two favorite YOUNG fighters in the game today. I've been following both of them since they were in the amateurs.

Floyd also said that Dawson is the best P4P fighter in Boxing and obviously thinks Ward is the goods since he called him to wish him luck against Kessler.

I remember Dawson talking about how he'd spoken to Floyd a few years ago and how Mayweather had said something similar to him. What happened to that..? Or does Floyd just call up young fighters he likes and tell them they've got a good future as a businessmen trying to get them into his stable someday?

Alexander is going to be great fighter. I think the biggest fight will be him against Valero in the future because they're going to end up in the same division now or later.

All the hate because Floyd made that statement is ignorant. People forget that Floyd called out alot of fighters early in his career and they didn't want to fight him for whatever reason. And Alexander is young and willing to fight anyone.

-hes already promoting fighters under mayweather promotions
-alexander's at JWW now and i see him staying there for the foreseeable future. i dont see him slipping out the backdoor while there's all that competition at 140.
-berto's looked like as his past 2 fights. he better start showing more dimensions to his game.
-i too still have high hopes for linares. just hope that salgado was an issue of him being caught cold and that he isnt chinny. hes got everything else a future #4#'er needs.
