I do think Alexander is capable of at least being competitive with Floyd.

Tim Bradley does NOT want to see Devon Alexander!

Devon Alexander does not need to do not one more thing to be considered better than Tim Bradley. They both fought Jr. Witter and Devon looked way better. Tim Bradley gave his WBC belt away to avoid Devon. Hey says it was about the money and he was telling the truth because after taking that ass whipping from Devon he may not have made the money he has made. Now Tim Bradley wants to be Devon, a fast, slick, beast, with a Jack Hammer!

As I said earlier, Devon sparred with Mayweather to prepare him for Zab. I never heard how it went or anything though....I personally think that Devon is a very good technical boxer and has some pop and speed. The thing that concerns me is that Urango was finding him a bit too much for my liking. In the early rounds, Devon was slipping shots, and actually was in the pocket dodging shots. But during the middle rounds, Urango couldn't miss with the right hook. So, he is good and has what it takes to become great as his career progresses, but he has to continue to get better and stay focused and work on his craft.

Dawson and Ward are more deserving, IMO.

I love to see the Pacman do his thing, but I bet Mayweather's eardrum won’t get busted anytime soon like Manny's. I used to like to see Vince carter dunk, but I wasn’t a dumb ass, tunnel vision having ****** who thought he was better than Jordan.

Devon Alexander "THE GREAT" deserved that compliment. He fought a magnificent fight against one of the grittiest, hard hitting and determined competitors in all of boxing (URANGO), and did what so called superstars couldn't do. He broke his nose early and knocked his ass clean out!
Floyd showed some respect to his peer and the haters Still have something to say. Pathetic!
Hey man , i will be the first to admit floyd is very good but he ain't simply the best. He might be, but he's got to prove it and beat all the very good competition out there, like all, the all time greats did.

You make a good case Jr...I can see Ward coming into that role before Devon. They are my two favorite YOUNG fighters in the game today. I've been following both of them since they were in the amateurs.

nahh, everyone said oscar was drained, and he was. they were impressed with him moving from lightweight to welterweight. and the way he beat him, he made oscar quit like a biitch. but everyone knows oscar was over the hill, and badly drained. hell , he was over the hill against mayweather.
