Pac might choose to come back, it's possible, he is a terrifying specter that gives Bradley and Alexander nightmares, I imagine them repeating "what if he comes back, what if he comes back" over and over again.

Because Malignaggi is rated higher then Urango. By beating a higher ranked fighter you deserve to be ranked higher then the person who beat a lower ranked fighter. Simple as that.
