      rightfully so. but if Amir beats Malignaggi. Amir should be no. 2 in my opinion.

          Makes sense:
          Urango, Witter > Barrera @ 135, Kotelnik

          I know that's a simplistic way of looking at it, but Ring seems to use a simplistic way of doing their divisional ratings. Plus, in this case, with two young fighters at similar points in their careers I think it's a fair rating.

                Can't really disagree. Alexander's most dangerous opponents also don't have a contract which stipulates that they can't pick on him for 3 fights or a year
