          Easily...Diego Corrales.

Had a questionable year of return (after two years out) in 2003.
Beating easy guys, than getting battered in a war towards the end.

He regrouped in 2004. Fighting an intelligent fight against the guy he warred with....& then scoring a dramatic KO over a very difficult foe, in one of the year's best matchups.

Plus he seems determined to turn his life around...good pick.

Forgot about Corrales. His victory over Freitas was definitely impressive

I'd say Barrera, Tszyu and Trinidad. I don't know how anyone can be impressed with Corrales victory over Frietas. He couldn't get to Frietas until Frietas tired and got caught. It was a good win but not an impressive win.

Kostya really impressed me by looking better than ever after 2 years of not fighting.

Barrera because he proved he can come off of a devastating loss and still beat the best.

Corrales because he was able to turn it around this year and give great fights.......and win them.

Tito, not because he looked that great in his win against Mayo....he didn't, but because he makes things interesting in the middleweight division again. Hat off to him for coming back, but he has work to do, and I'll enjoy watching him do it.
