honestly Floyd should stick to his guns, Pacquiao made his demands and got them cleared with no 2nd thought, Floyd only made 1 demand and he can't get it cleared? he's taking the same tests and takes the same risks he just wants to secure a good and safe bout, what is wrong with that?

all he wants is TESTING to be done by a different organization because of the standard Boxing drug tests inability to spot this in the past, we lived many years under the impression that Shane Mosley wasn't a PED user and we were being fooled, how many other times have we been fooled? how many times are we being fooled now?

Olympic random style testing can bring an end to all of those doubts, they can still sanction the fight and all of that Floyd just wants a more effective testing method to take place 1 because the testing set in place is reputedly VERY easy to beat and 2 because Pacquiao's performances in just 2 years have been so great it raises doubt, wether he likes it or not his name is in question and it is what it is, he can either respond or not, if he does he's cleared, if he doesn't he only raises more doubts.. he didn't

now the doubts are sky high, the tests put an end to everything, it beats any problems currently in the air and we can get this fight, Floyd demand is not monetary it's about cleaning up the sport and giving us our true champions rather than just ones who know how to beat a piss test..

But either way the issue is certainly resolvable if everyone puts their egos to one side, approahces the negotiations with a bit more patience and they just stop trying to one-up each other all the damn time.

yup...i brought that point up in a thread during the last days of their failing negotiations...its a give and take for PAC...i honestly believe that if that offer was made, PAC would have made the concession to testing...5% is a substantial amount when considering the kind of revenue that fight would produce...

That would be the right thing for him to do. In fact, that should be what his fans urge him to do. Right now the world's media is not in his favor. It's even getting worse. Thanks to pop and uncle making a fool of themselves over and over again. Who in the world would believe Pac is using peds, anyway? And if he does who is ****** enough to believe peds will make you win fights as impressive as Pac does?

Pac is not going to give in. He knows he's on top right now. Not Mayweather. Giving in to Mayweather is tantamount to relinquishing his title. What he's been saying is if you want him, act like it.

The fight will only happen if Floyd drops his demands. But he won't.
