You're just simple minded that's why you didn't get it! Mayweather demand is outlandish and not part of NSAC clause! Mayweather demand for random blood test is fishy in the very beginning because his target for this ridiculous demand is just for Pac, and no others which is an insult to a dignified fighter, so why should Pac follows his demand regardless of his intention?! Mosley complied to Floyd? well he is not Pac who is hungry for a big payday, so why should he give in to this ****** demand by Floyd?! And most importantly, the family of Floyd is riddled with drug cases previously, so why should we believes to Floyd who is using Xylocaine right now, in his crusade for random blood test in boxing while in fact he have no moral ground to do this?!

If his interntion is good then he should indorse this matter to the NSAC and it's up for this commission people to decide if Floyd suggestion is necessary or not to the existing NSAC set of rules! But for the maintime, whatever the rules of boxing should be adpoted by both parties!
