The reason why this fight didn't happen is because Floyd asked an unusual stuff.IT'S A FACT.
And too many yanks and afro sistas are trying to put the blame on Manny out there.
A fight was goin to happen,then Floyd asked Olympic drug tests(are we talking about amateur fighters) and the fight was ****ed up.

So of course,if Manny agreed,the fight would be signed(well not sure),BUT,Manny could refuse it,it was his own right because the rules of professional boxing are the only rules.

To me the fight isn't happening because Mayweather asked that ***** stuff.

Agree with everything you said. Floyd had never asked for random blood tests before, but decided it was good time to ruin the negotiations of the biggest fight of his and Pac's life. There is a reason Floyd never fought Cotto, Margarito and Mosely (until now when he is old and inactive). He retired with all these guys in their primes and then comes out once they all have beaten up on each other for a couple of years. Floyd is a good fighter but to like him you have to be a pretty sick person. The guy is the biggest ***** fraud on the planet. HE TRIES TO BE LIKE ALI.
