Well, Tito was the biggest puncher of the three and his left hook was his best punch, but relative to his other punches, De La Hoya had the best.

I agree. Prime Oscar had the best left hook in the business.

But he made it obvious when he threw it.

You could see it coming. He leaned his entire body when he threw it.

I just think Oscar had a faster one with better technique that had comparable power.
no you couldn't. Titos left hook was both fast and powerful. Titos main problem is he was constantly trying to set the punch up. He didn't telegraph it at all, he was just reckless at times trying to ko his opponents.

          For me it goes

          Trinidad
          Oscar
          Mosley

Trinidad's was the most powerful, Oscars was really fast, Shanes was more like Trinidads only he wasn't as good at getting it off.

Trinidad arguably had a better right hand than both Mosley and Oscar, his downfall came from him being borderline one dimensional and constantly looking for the KO.

in my opinion the nicest left hook is between these 3 (in terms of technique, p4p power/speed)

          Barrera
          Trinidad
          Frazier

these guys really knew how to whip a left hook

Quarry and Tyson get a nod too.

Problem is, as others have pointed it out, you could SEE Tito's left coming,
and as YOU say, his offensive menu wasn't wide to begin with. No doubting
Tito's power, but I give Oscar the edge on this one.

Guys, De La Hoya dosen't have a good left hook, he's got one of the best left uppercuts, he calls it his 45. if its comming at a 45 degrees it's an uppercut correct?

No wonder his .45 didn't work against Pacquiao.
