at least oscar moved up in weights and did big things---he's a mogul of the sport. winky is blown up as an all time great but i dont know about that. he only beat smaller guys coming up. vargas handed him his ass when vargas was up and coming. i saw it, winky took the first few rounds but vargas turned it up and did what he needed to do to win.
