Their opinions aren't the gospel. Nobody knows everything. But they've followed the sport for years and get paid to voice their thoughts. I'm certain they've been following boxing longer than 99% of the blokes here have been alive.

He said Pacquiao is on the cusp of being an all time great. I just watched that countdown tonight where he said it. And Pacquiao has quite the legacy, his place in history is sealed.

They all know boxing. I think the least knowageable is Bob Papa though. He knows the sport, but I think he has the least knowledge.
