And take note Mr. Horus, Pac agrees to the test if NSAC does it.

I guess Horus does not understand the Pac fans stand.

Do you think the Mayweather vs. Mosley should be tested under OST or Random blood and urine testing even though it is not being conducted by the commission?

    yes or no?

So why wasnt Clottey a guy known for having weight problems not implement with a unprecedented, and excessive penalty???

Do you agree that Pacquiao is a inconsistent hypocrite for asking for an unprecedented, and excessive weight penalty for Mayweather but not for Clottey?

???? What I am saying is that team Pac knew Floyd wanted Olympic style drug testing from the first day of negations. You said Floyd sprang it on them while things were all going well and thats not true.

-the blood profile is used to determine if an athlete is blood doping. in order to do so they will look at the hematocrit(HCT) there is a normal range and anything above so would be questionable. And no one will walk around with an elevated hct during the "offseason" and all the way through training to game time. Too dangerous. Polycythemia Vera, blood would be too thick/viscous for far too long. And I think we all understand when BOXERS actually would use PEDS, during training. Right?
yes you are correct...it is used to catch individuals who are doping. If you noticed, that is one of the forms of performing enhancement that I pointed out as a reason to why these test won't work. Another thing is that is not just limited to catching people that are blood doping.

Also I never said they would walk around with a elevating levels during the offseason. I said that by testing year round, they would get a blood profile on an individual for comparision purposes. These levels could be kept in a database and used later on down the road. That way anything outta what the determine is normal, would raise questions.

Lastly, you do know that all boxers, who take their careers serious, train year round? Only dumb ass fighters like Hatton, Arreola, others slack off. Most camps are about strategy and game plan....not getting into shape, stronger etc (atleast not for those who take their careers serious)

Me and my professor had this same discussion. Basically he said if someone is gonna cheat they are gonna cheat. There will always be ways to beat the system and its a constant battle of making break throughs in testing vs guys finding new ways to beat current test. It's a sad reality that everyone must accept.

Once again this makes no sense. If u aint training then PEDS wont really help.

Go do some real research and formulate a better hypothesis.
Of course if you aren't training then PED's wont help. Also what did I post that didn't make sense? Since it's easier to play defense why don't you answer this question:

How do you know if the level of EPO in a person is normal or abnormal...especially since every person is different? Also how would you determine if someone produces naturally high levels (of any harmone) vs someone who doesn't? Then once your done with answering those...how do you catch something that the body normally produces?

I would really like to know the answers to these questions from you.

yes they do...which is why there testing is more effective vs what Floyd is trying to implement.

yeah EPO is a drug that can get you immediate results. I can see that but not something like HGH which is an offseason PED and the one I was referring to in the post you quoted me on. It takes 6 weeks at the minimum to see any type of result and a couple of months to get the full benefits of its use.

BTW shane was never caught...he just said he used it during camp.

I cant provide any proof, im just going by what ive heard and read over the past few months.

But if you can provide some yourself id be happy to read and make my own opinions.

But im not really too fussed about those sort of details as there are thousands of made-up articles online. Im looking at the bigger picture and whats infront of me. And that is Floyd is scared to fight Pac, thats the truth. I cant blame him for not wanting to get knocked out.
