This whole Lidocaine thing started when the heat was coming down on Pacquiao by some people on the messageboards over the PED accusations, and some Pacquiao fans successfully shifted the attention away from Pacquiao it would seem.

Its been tested for, for a very long time in Boxing so it'd be hard to come in there and cheat a test(right? ). All the states have basically the same rule regarding Lidocaine. Okay to use as long as it isn't within a week of the fight.

Whether its controversial or not is anyone's opinion, but the FACT of the matter is its legal to use for now

People get too hung up on the voodoo behind the word PED.

What does PED mean?

Performance Enhancing Drug.

Nowhere in that name does it imply that PED automatically mean Illegal or Legal.

By definition Performance Enhancing Drug is pretty much self-explanitory. A drug that Enhances your performance.

Some are legal some are not. I really think it's that simple.
