Comments Thread For: Vic Darchinyan: "Nonito Donaire is Scared To Fight"

After Vic Darchinyan (34-2-1, 27 KOs) retained his WBC/WBA super flyweight titles with a battering of Rodrigo Guerrero (13-2-1, 9 KOs) over twelve rounds at the Agua Caliente Casino in Rancho Mirage, California - he sent a message to WBA-interim champion Nonito Donaire. Darchinyan was knocked out by Donaire in five rounds in 2007. [Click Here To Read More]

Vic is delusional. Donaire isn't afraid of him. If they fight again, it'll be the same results.

vic would probably get taken out in the same amount of time if not sooner. all fight long vic would be wide open just like i their first fight because he would have the same mind set, go for the ko with every punch.

Darch became only toughed in his challenge with Donaire when he was stopped by Agbeko and threw him back to Superfly, when he was exposed and almost nothing to offer to Donaire except his titles that Donaire wanted to take should Darch did not ducked Donaire offer for a rematch. But Darch at that time clinged to Shaw decision not to fight Donaire again using their excused of personal grudge between Shaw and Donaire, but both of them suddenly became hungry to fight Donaire after Darch campaign backlashed in Bantamweight. And Darch is bluffing when he said he would fight the best in higher weight divisions because he knows he was trimmed down just to Superfly and he have no business in Bantam! Agbeko who is not considered one of the best in Bantam alone will not let Darch to move up!

Sounds like a win, win situation for Donaire. He could make a quick buck, shut this guy up for good and take his titles. June sounds about right. Alot of people want to see this fight happen. Let's hope it does soon.
