Its alot of revisionists history with Floyd.
Don't make that comparison its laughable at best. Do I need to remind you of what those guys accomplished in the sport...yeah they had tune-ups, but they also had a hell of a lot of meaningful fights. I remember a certain sugar ray leonard, coming back from a 2 1/2 year lay off going up two weight divisions and fighting possibly the greatest middleweight of all-time in his first fight back. Like I said different breed

My point from the very first post stands and not one thing you have said has proved anything otherwise, in fact in certain cases you have helped me prove my point.

Spare that SRL crap. He didnt fight Hagler until he seen weaknesses. Now go tell Pac to retire for 2 1/2 years and tell him to fight Williams at 160 hell laugh at you.

I never said ducked! Do you want me to play this out for you in separate posts so you get it slow boy. The guy doesn't like challenging himself, he fights for money. He should not compare himself to the best ever because he doesn't and in my opinion will never possess the qualities that elevated those fighters to legendary status, he is more comparible to roy jones and even then floyd hasn't beaten the fighters roy beat ala a young b-hop and james toney are better than anything on floyd's resume. The very best fighters put themselves normally on more than one occassion in a position where a loss might be more likely.

Well would Pac fight Williams at 160 after 2 1/2 years away? You know the answer.

dude hagler is a small middleweight by today's standards. leonard was a big welterweight even by today's standards.

not exactly the same as a guy with a lightweight build currently fighting a 6'3 giant middleweight.

Well if you feel that way then why do people compare what SRL did to Floyd considering Floyd isnt a Big WW like Leonard was?

You better take that **** one somewhere. No way Kobe is "way" better than LeBron.

Nobody is telling Floyd to go up to MW or to fight P-Will... Shane is not that much bigger than Floyd. Shane is bigger but won't make Floyd look small in there. Is two different scenarios.

Why the **** does it even matter. Come May 1st it won't matter who ducked who, because Shane Mosley is going to get his ass kicked.
