agree to disagree. from what I've seen of cotto and his career, he's always been that type of fighter that wins the easy ones and struggles in the tough ones. he finally met 2 guys with the stamina to push cotto past his limits and lost both.
so how is that throwing him under the bus?
well, cotto is trying to make as much money as possible with arum. I don't get the throwing him under the bus analogy.
****m won't take cotto, cause mosley/cotto II is still viable.
steward is a bad choice because steward only is good for tall boxers which cotto is not.
goosen seems like a strictly west coast trainer. remember casamayor left goosen because goosen didn't want to leave his gym. i doubt cotto will want to train in Cali.

The 154 belt for the Foreman is easy to give to Cotto since Pac didn't want that fight and wanted Clottey. He doesn't have another fighter to contend for that title accept Cotto. Arum is trying to make as much money as possible with Cotto.
But I don't know about McGirt. I would prefer ****m instead. Emmanuel is a good choice and Emmanuel did say before that he would love to train Cotto, but this was before the Margarito fight.
steward is a bad choice because steward only is good for tall boxers which cotto is not.
Where is Joe Goossen btw? Someone should call him just to call. Always gives good information in the corner and is always relaxed when telling his fighter what to do.
