Pretty good topic because it made me have to think (and boxrec) but here is my list
1. Manny Pacquiao
2. Hozumi Hasegawa
3. Chad Dawson
4. Lucian Bute
5. Andre dirrell
6. Paul Williams
7. Juan Manuel Lopez
8. Sergio Martinez
9. Koki Kameda
10. Edwin Valero
11. Vic Darchinyan
12. Ivan Calderon
13. Devon Alexander
14. Anselmo Moreno (Im not gonna lie havent seen alot of him to make a fair assestment)
btw I did a top 14 because I felt bad leaving one of my favorite fighters (Darchinyan) and others outta my top 10.
Oh Moreno is the real deal. Yeah there are really alot of good southpaws. I have a feeling if someone made a list of the Top 20 righties and Top 20 Lefties. The southpaws would be the better list.
I never said SKILL wise they weren't. This is a P4P list. Im going off how they are ranked in boxing right now.
Williams, Dawson and Pacquiao are the only Lefties ranked on Rings P4P List.
The p4p rankings are a joke.
American media favors American boxers.
Williams dosen't even deserve to be in the top 20. He's an overrated hypejob who picks on much smaller fighters. He has a heavyweight frame (6'3 82" reach), longer reach than the Klitschko Brothers (Wlad 81", Vitali 80") and he's picking on little men at 147 and 154...that's cowardly and pathetic. If Williams moves up and fights someone his own size he will get brutally KTFO.
Why isn't Martinez in the p4p rankings?
Martinez beat the **** out of the much bigger Williams and got robbed.
