You seem like an intelligent guy then you should know that lots of guys may take PED but still be unsuccessful. You do have to have a certain level of skill to be successful even while taking them. Floyd takes pain killing injections because he's been successfully getting the best of his opponents his whole career. I know many athletes that take cortizone shots to get threw a important game and ball players who will tightly wrap a sprained ligament so that they can continue to perform. This is no different.
