I know many athletes that take cortizone shots to get threw a important game and ball players who will tightly wrap a sprained ligament so that they can continue to perform. This is no different.
I have to agree on that one, mainly because i lost money on the vargas delahoya fight, and afterwards i got more pissed that i lost money to a guy on peds after all that....who still got his a.. kicked, lol. True story!

In any case, Mayweather also walked away from the fight when he refused to accept the 24 day cut-off. At that time, Floyd had no idea that he'd be able to get a fight with Mosley, and he was talking about fighting Matthew Hatton, FFS. And even Mosley is a much smaller payday for Floyd than Pac would have been. So it works both ways.

As I pointed out in my previous post, which you haven't responded to, Pac has always been motivated by more than just money - he was willing to walk away from the De La Hoya and Hatton and Cotto fights on matters of principle, when he didn't like the contracts. So if he's shady now, he was equally shady then. But as I said in my previous post, the idea that anyone who is motivated by more than just money is somehow shady, is just pathetic.

I'm sorry but you sound like a fool. And not very smart. It's ALWAYS about money in prize fighting. Pacquiao almost walked from the Delahoya and Hatton fights because of money. Only a damn fool would believe "principle" dictated that. You think it's only Mayweather who fights for the money? Get real. It's ALWAYS about money in prize fighting. Some of you kill me with this Pacquaio worshipping as if he is some divine saint that doesn't fight for the money.

Pacquaio is not anywhere near as wealthy as any of them. Another poor example from you. It's also not about what is most important in life. It's about what's most important in boxing. And for fighters it's money. Tell Pacquaio to fight for half of his purse and we'll see who's fightng for "priniciple".

The truth is Pacquioa and Mayweather have preffered to look for easier fights in the last few years than get into the ring with Sugar.
