I'm a big fan of both fighters and think they are both good all rounders. I voted Marquez. I think Marquez can adjust to most styles and has the edge in skill and counter punching.

Cottos a great fighter, but jmm is a smarter more clinical fighter wit a heart of a warrior, if it were jmm in ring with margarito that time (somehow lol) he would've died before he took a knee, cotto still gets respect tho his heart is great but jmm heart is for his whole country.

The question really doesnt have anything to do with P4P or head to head. The TS just asked who is the better all around fighter and I think that is clearly JMM. I also think he is clearly better P4P.

Im also probably the only one on the whole forum that thinks its very possible that JMM could kick Cotto's ass. Again, I think Floyd was just the worst matchup in boxing for him. I think at 145 he would definitely hang with Cotto. I still think JMM looked way better against Floyd than people think. Floyd just is better in every catagory and he didnt really take any chances so really, what could JMM do? I dont get what people expected him to do. Its the same fight at any weight if Floyd doesnt take risk. How can JMM do anything to Floyd even at LW if Floyd doesnt take risk?

Also, I think the #1 reason why Floyd didnt take any risk is because JMM was really on point and Floyd felt that if he jumped in then JMM could land and that was his only chance to land
