clottey has a big forehead to use. But that doesnt mean he is using it deliberately for that purpose. Clottey is durable, but is less technically superior to cotto. As such, he will have a harder time with an even more multi-faceted boxer in Pacquiao. Durable enough for a win over pacquiao? It can happen if he gets a lucky punch. Durable enough not to get KO'd? That I want to see if he can absorb all those punches from Pacquiao. I expect him to receive up to double the number of punches he received from Cotto.

clottey did not get beat up by cotto which makes things much worse. clottey had the fight and just gave it away. some atheletes are blessed physically and others just have a killer instinct that kickes in..similar to kobe and lebron...kobe 4th quarter killer...lebron physically built but lacks game winning killer instinct..btw im not a fan of either..

Baldomir which he was winning easily and got DQ'd, Margarito whom he was beating up until hurting his hand and went too defensive, and Cotto who took a hell of a lot more punishment than he gave, and according to wikipedia there was no contest in there somewhere, dont know who it was against. I have felt for years that Clottey is very underrated and avoided.

This is ridiculous, if anything Clottley needs to show more heart. He has lost several title fights because he did not do enough to win. If he would have dug in and used that extra effort he might have won these title fights.

For this match to hve any credibility on not been fixed I need to know how much clottey weight at this time? who is he sparring with? How many round of sparring? When did he started training for this match? I think one month of training and to go down in weight for clottey is no enough since he walks around 180 when not boxing. Also, how can the odds at vegas be over 5 to 1? These is just another fixed fight from the vegas mafia. Prove me wrong ....nitramzaid@hotmail.com

Yeah he has a better chin, but he does not have the power of technical skills of Cotto.
