There is no mention of any rehydration clause.

Regarding Clottey being so small, the last time he was weighed unoffcially on fight night (also against a smaller speedy southpaw in Judah), he was 156. Just one pound more than he plans to weigh this time.

Joshua Clottey better stop clowning around and come in at 170 if he wants to really wear down Manny Pacquiao. Yeah sure he came in at 156 against Judah but Pacquiao is not Judah.

This sounds like bull**** to me, he is going to come off of that official weigh in scale, smile and look tough for the cameras, and once everyone is gone drink water and eat until he feels comfortable for the fight the next day.
