Arum said a contract was sent to Montiel, but he's not signing it.

Montiel is just too wide open for Hozumi. Hozumi has pin-point accuracy and i'm not exaggerating by any means. Montiel will more than likely get iced by the insta-kayo combination. Check the sig.
