Ever since Floyd took this fight my resentment for him has almost disappeared to be honest with you. But I've still got to root Shane on in this fight.

I have to disagree with the "MoneyMayMafia", who surely isn't biased at all.
Mosley is on a mission, I'm telling you. If there's one thing I'm certain of, it's that Shane is gonna give everything he's got to beat Mayweather, and I think he truly believes a KO is a possibility. Only a fool would think it isn't. Imagine if he did KO Floyd? Shane would be a total legend and he knows this. He ain't turning up strictly for a pay check. He is coming to fight and do everything he can to give Floyd hell. Believe it!
Manny Pacquiao has had only two fights above 140. He eased himself into the weight class in a sensible way. Yeah, we know one guy was old and over the hill (Oscar) but how many people gave Pacquiao a chance before the fight happened? Most people didn't even think it'd go a few rounds. (I bet on Pacquiao to beat Oscar, I'm glad to say). Whatever -- it was a great business move and a challenge worth taking because it opened some big ass doors for Pacquiao to get him where he is right now. It wasn't Manny's fault Oscar wasn't at his best, he took a big risk and it paid off. How can anyone not respect that? Only a complete ****ing imbecile disses him for it! They don't understand, they just post ****** bull**** as though Manny cherry picked Oscar. It was the other way round! Oscar avoided Margarito and wanted to fight Pacquiao instead. He also insisted on fighting Pacquiao at 147. Pacquiao himself came up THREE divisions for that fight. He deserves some god damn credit.
After that, he fights Hatton and almost puts him in a coma with a stunning performance and probably KO of the year for 2009.
Then he fights his second WW fight (yes, anything from 141-147 is WW) and takes on the guy who most people had in the #1 spot. He dealt with Cotto as a true champ should. Cotto was not drained. He said he felt great at the weight, 145 didn't affect him at all and most importantly, he said 145 is actually the weight they always aim for. Many times I have posted quotes from Cotto that confirm what I'm saying.
But most importantly, in just over a week's time... he's fighting a prime WW. It will be his fourth megafight in just 15 months. Who else is doing **** like this? And again, how the hell can anyone show this man any kind of disrespect? The mind boggles.
Clottey is at least a top 5 WW. Many thought he beat Cotto. Clottey is tough as nails and will outweigh Manny by quite a bit. He is also a very good defensive fighter. And again, he is taking a risk, no matter what the bull****ters and hatemongers say. Clottey is no pushover for anyone at this weight.
So while we're here, we might as well contrast this with Floyd. He hasn't really done much that's impressive since 2002. 8 years without fighting a credible threat. He's been at WW for around 5 years, and who has he fought? Baldomir? Judah? FFS, Pacquaio's win over Cotto is more impressive than anything Floyd has done in years.
Bottom line though -- you say he hasn't fought a prime welter. Well he's just about to do exactly that. Contrast this with Floyd once more. He is fighting a guy who's almost 40 years old, and if you take Margarito off his resume, Shane hasn't looked so good for quite a while. He was going life or death with Mayorga. He has been out of action for almost the same length of time as Manny's had his four megafights.
I know who I'm more impressed with, that's for sure.
In my opinion, those who criticize Pacquiao wouldn't recognize something special even if it smacked them in the face. These are some of the same people who think Mayweather is greater than Sugar Ray Robinson. They probably won't witness anyone quite like Pacquiao again in their lifetime, but still they somehow find it in themselves to talk ****... it's incredible. We are witnessing greatness. Appreciate it while it's here.

Mosley is one of my all time favorites but he gets beaten to the punch and outsmarted. Mayweather's defensive skills will eventually break him down and we will see a very technical UD with shots trading every so often. Mosley will have his moments while Mayweather smiles and shoulder rolls but at the end of the day Mosley will have clearly lost. Sad but true.
Although I see Pac getting beaten worse than Mosley. Pac will come forward and be very aggressive which that is Mayweather's favorite thing. Mosley knows better than that.Comment

Pacquiao isn't overrated one bit. Let's look at the situation here.
