Cuz Floyd is not quite on the level of the P4P king Manny Pacquiao. I think Floyd needs a very impressive win over Sugar Shane to warrant 50/50 versus the Pacman.

hell no!...a win over shane does not make floyd a 7div champion or a 4 lineal champ, or a fighter of the decade ....floyd is way behind packy legacywise....
