            I forgot Austin had the IBF belt in 97.....but he wasn't the best bantamweight at the time. Tapia and Ayala were the top 2 guys.

                He was the number one guy dude. If you feel he didnt deserve thats up for debate. But what isnt up for debate is the fact that he was ranked OVER Johhny and Ayala.
