Floyds win over SSM bigger than Pac over Cotto

Pretty even IMO. On one hand you have Pacquiao beating a top welter when he's not a WW himself but on the other hand Mosley is the top WW (IMO).

Pac, because cotto was his first really test at the higher weights, a guy that is a good boxer and has power, many people thought cotto was going to win that one. I still believe cotto would beat mosley and pretty much any other WW besides williams, which would be a great fight. Yeah it was at 145 but Cotto looked as good as ever in my opinion, before pac started to beat up on him that is. People can say it was Cotto at 145 and after the marg lost and tough fight with clottey, but mosley is old and has not fought in over a year , so you can make excuses for both guys.
And cotto did beat mosley, and pacquiao had never fought a WW, besides Oscar. Floyd on the other hand can only fight WW, which he proved when he didn't make weight against JMM, and this is a fight that is long overdue. 2 years ago people and experts would laugh if you mentioned Manny and Miguel being in the ring together, not to mention Manny beating him by TKO. Got to remember he was fighting at 130 a couple years back and he fought the arguably the best WW in the world and destroyed him.
