I wouldnt say well past his prime... but he was slipping at that point...

Then again.. he did put on 20 lbs... Not everyone can do that and remain the same..

It was all downhill from there. He looked good against Ruiz, but not like he did in his LHW days. The extra weight effected him. After that it was all she wrote.

theres so many flashy moments and obviously a handfull of bad moments, albeit way past his prime! THE high note for me was winning the heavyweight title from a genuine top 5 heavy in Ruiz. I wonder where everyone would be placing him on the alg list if he'd retired after that?

Wish Roy would have fought Lewis or Tyson at HW, probably got KOed and then retired from that.

Not as high as if he retired after Tarver I

I like Roy but his knockout losses were some of the funniest moment in boxing. It's cool to see the bully getting humiliated by guys like Milk dude, Glen "the mason" Johnson, Calslappy or Danny "the legend" Green.

I love the way he always makes excuses after his fights too: " he had plaster" lol, i was tired, the cut made me lose the fight,etc..
Roy gets KOed fight after fight , still thinks he can whoop everybody whereas we all know even Sakio Bika could KO him at this point.
